Euromillions Results for Friday 17th August 2012
Tuesday night's jackpot rolled creating an estimated £20 million rollover for the Euromillions results for Friday 17th August 2012. Have you got your tickets at the ready because we are about to reveal the numbers for tonight's Euromillions draw. All you have to do is have the matching five main balls and two Lucky Stars on your ticket and you'll have won a life changing amount of money! Of course tonight's Euromillions wasn't the only draw this evening, Thunderball and Lotto Plus 5 were also drawn but neither offered jackpots anywhere near £20 million. Lotto Plus has a top prize of £250,000 which wasn't won this evening and Thunderball offers just half a million pounds, also not won tonight.
Lottery Results for Wednesday 15th August 2012
The UK Lottery results for Wednesday 15th August 2012 have now been drawn and tonight the Lotto draw boasted a jackpot worth and estimated £2.1 million whilst the Thunderball draw, as always, boasted a top prize of £500,000. The previous Lotto draw on Saturday saw FIVE players share the jackpot of just over £3.8 million - disappointing maybe as each only took home £761,937. Of course this wasn't the most winners ever to share a top prize on the Lotto game, this happened back in January 1995 when 133 players shared a jackpot of £16,293,830 to take home just £122,510 each. Euromillions Results for Tuesday 14th August 2012
Tonight's Euromillions Jackpot was nowhere near as impressive as that won by the Bayford's from Haverhill, Suffolk on Friday night. This lucky couple took home over £148 million by matching all five numbers and the two Lucky Stars after the jackpot rolled for 14 consecutive draws. However the Euromillions results for Tuesday 17th August 2012 only had the minimum jackpot to offer, a measly £11 million although would you be moaning if this sum of money was in your account by the weekend? Bayford's Revealed As £148.6 million Winners
On Friday 10th August the Euromillions jackpot was at it’s cap for the second draw in a row, the pot was £148,656,000 and ticket sales went through the roof. A purchase of just five tickets saw the Bayford's from Haverhill, Suffolk become the second largest winners in the Euromillions lottery, just under £13 million less than the Weir’s who won £161.6 million on 12th July 2011.

The UK Lottery results for Saturday 11th August 2012 are a little tame in comparison with the results we saw last night for the Euromillions, the jackpot on offer in Lotto is only double what second prize tier winners in Euromillions took home last night! However, whilst they may not boast a jackpot of £148.6 million, none of us would really complain about becoming an overnight millionaire or winning half a million with Thunderball would we? Lucky Numbers for UK Euromillions Winner
Last night saw the UK find the winner of the mammoth Euromillions jackpot and what is interesting is that three of the seven numbers drawn were also in the results when Chris and Colin Weir scooped the jackpot back in July 2011. The Euromillions Jackpot Cap has only ever been reached twice and both times now the winners have been from the UK! We recently looked at the Euromillions big jackpot winning numbers, results for jackpots above £100 million since Chris and Colin Weir won, and there were only three of the seven drawn last night that have not been part of making winners of over £100 million.

Last night the Euromillions Jackpot Cap was in place for the second consecutive draw and this meant that as per the rules of this lottery, the jackpot had to be won whether it was by a player/s matching the standard five main balls and two Lucky Stars or via a roll down if no-one could do that to the next winning prize tier. The Euromillions results For Friday 10th August 2012 revealed ONE winning ticket, a player from the UK, who is now £148,656,000 richer. However, whilst there was one big jackpot winner there were 14 (15 if you count the Millionaire Raffle in the UK) tickets sold that have made their holders overnight millionaires as the second prize tier, match five plus one Lucky Star held a prize of £1,994,322.90! Tomorrow night Europe is going to be buzzing about the Euromillions as the 14x rollover jackpot is definitely going to be won.
